Use of the App

Auto Wizard is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

AI Disclaimer

The AI mechanic chat and photo diagnosis features provide informational guidance only. Auto Wizard is not a substitute for professional mechanical advice. Always consult a qualified mechanic for safety-critical repairs. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Auto Wizard are owned by ClearPass Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Wizard and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
